We seek a barista with the following qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista in Specialty Coffee.
Strong hospitality skills, including a preference for thriving in fast-paced café environments.
Excellent communication, friendliness, and a customer-centric approach.
Demonstrated cleanliness, speed, and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated, dependable, and consistently punctual.
English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
